I am Gustav, bar-keeper of the self-titled hospitality facility on Deck 10. A secondary venue, Moonshine, is located on Deck 1. Operations are currently suspended pending regulatory approval and licensing.
Wedding and other celebratory functions are available at the Deck 10 facility. Services include room configuration, food service, authorised beverage consumption and musical entertainment.
Sheena is responsible for supply, cellar services, bar and room preparation, insurance, regulatory compliance, hygiene, food service, front-of-house operations, customer service, enquiries, complaint management, musical performance and massage services.
Gustav is responsible for strategy, new business and financial reconciliation.

Cutlery requires a refundable deposit except where otherwise stated. Teaspoons are not provided.
