About this site

In 2026 I created a simple website to use as a photo journal of comets, eclipses and other cosmic events. Then messages started arriving from ship@brightstarvoyager.com.

I have no idea why they are sending them to me. At first, I assumed they must simply have the wrong email address. They claim to have been sent from several centuries in the future.

They may be an elaborate hoax. If they are, whoever is responsible has far too much time on their hands, so please stop.

I have replied to several messages but received no response.

This site is a faithful record of the messages. I have made formatting changes where necessary and, where useful, added a note of my own.

My comet site will have to be built somewhere else.
